Application costume consists of ribbons packed in two cases.

A large ribbon case contains:
    3-lane 12-segment - 1 pc. for fixation on the body;
    2-lane 12-segment - 2 pcs. for fixation on the legs;
    1-lane 12-segment - 1 pc. additional

A small tape case contains:
    2-lane 9-segment - 2 pcs. for fixation on hands;
    1-lane 9-segment - 1 pc. for fixation on the head and neck area;
    1-lane 7-segment - 2 pcs. additional;

Each application tape on both sides has a needle-free area of ​​bintresin intended for fixation.

Application costume Lyapka is an original, powerful tool, which is characterized by many health-improving possibilities.

During the application of the Lyapka application suit, a regulated positive training stress is created in the body, during which the mechanism of activating protective reserves begins to work. At the same time, there is a release of endorphins, histamine-like substances, activation of metabolic processes.
At the cellular level, at the subconscious level, a powerful and very useful alarm signal is formed by the injections of the needles of the Lyapka application suit, a threat to life is simulated, and the body instantly switches to a special mode of operation, fantastic superpowers are activated.
The emission of "natural internal medicines" occurs, metabolic processes intensify, which are accompanied by the release of a large amount of carbon dioxide, in addition, the need for external oxygen decreases, since endogenous respiration is included using endogenous (internal) oxygen located in adipose tissue.

It is recommended to wear a suit according to the classic restorative-preparatory method 1-2 times a month to achieve a general health-improving effect, before or after physical and psychological stress. The duration of the procedure is 30–90 minutes. First, in a standing position, it is necessary to wrap the torso with a 3-band 12-segment application tape. After that, the patient must be placed on a previously prepared couch. In the lying position, application tapes are fixed on the legs and arms. An indicator of a properly worn suit is the comfort of the patient's feelings.
For the maximum effect, the head, palms, and sole surfaces should be used by wrapping them with application tapes, as well as the technique of restricting and regulating breathing using a breathing pyramid or breathing devices that create a state of dosed hypoxia — hypercapnia.
It is very important to properly prepare the couch for laying. For this purpose, it is necessary to most accurately simulate the physiological curves of the spine (cervical and lumbar) with the help of soft rollers.
Before the procedure, the patient's blood pressure should be measured.
After wearing the costume, you need to relax, it is very important to breathe properly - slowly and shallowly. Patients often fall asleep. A medical worker or a person with medical skills who conducts the procedure must be nearby to maintain contact with the patient (if necessary, reduce or increase the degree of pressure of the segments of the suit, monitor well-being).
The procedure should not be performed on an empty stomach, preferably an hour or a half after eating.
Take off the suit in the reverse order. First from the head, hands and feet, and then from the body. After removing the application suit, it is advisable to check the blood pressure (in most cases it normalizes), lie down, rest (sleep) for 30-40 minutes.

The effect of the procedure is observed within several weeks and is manifested by an improvement in the general condition, mood, energy boost, increased endurance, and work capacity.
Immediately before the event, which requires maximum energy expenditure (physical and psychological), it is recommended to use the pre-start technique. It is performed in a standing position. The rehabilitation technique is used after serious loads. Fragments of the costume are put on the parts of the body that need restoration. It should be used from 15 to 60% of the body surface. The duration of the procedure is 15–50 minutes.
